A Monk's effectiveness has its root in the mindpower of the PSIONIC, although they prefers to engage their adversaries in hand to hand combat, unleashing their psionic powers to the enemy's detriment when least they expect it. Their enormous inner strength enables them to focus their energy and release it upon foes in a powerful bolt of force named KIAI. Monks live in peace when they
can and until the troubled days of Midgaard present, where powers
of darkness surround the city on all sides, they were not often seen
to fight, preferring the sanctuary of their oversea Temple abodes.
Now, however, the dark powers have stirred them to action and the
Monks have come forth to do battle with the evil that rises in the
